joan esposito said it was about 4 minutes long.
i'm hoping someone heard her show today and knows the clip i'm talking about. i think she said this woman was in congress (but who is she?)

i caught the end and joan never said the person's name.

i've been looking on joan's twitter but don't see anything about it. & she hasn't posted on fb since feb.

any help would be appreciated
