She's psyched and ready to vote in Florida. She got registered to vote when she got her learner's permit to drive.

In 1971 I was in the first wave of turned 18 yr olds new voters after they lowered the age to vote.

I was so excited! Voted ever since then.

I guess they tend to vote Democratic, but there are PLENTY of women who will vote repub, even though it's against their best interests.

Lots of MORONS out there, and that includes women.

Justice matters.

It's assumed the entire bloc would vote the way we would prefer, regardless of upbringing or religious convictions. I don't think that is a safe assumption.

I think it'll take all the young, middle aged, and elder women voting to counteract those "sisters" who are against anything that's good for themselves, but contrary to the word of their xtianist husbands.

When I first voted, I was kitty-corner across from city hall.

Then I could hop the university buses to city hall.

Compare to now.

In my precinct, if one is not car-owned or rich enough to hire a ride, it's a half-mile from the stop on the bus line to the school.

AND what about getting back home??

Similarly, garden apartment land is about 200 feet downhill from the school.

((Yes, we have gotten a few bikers, but I don't recall a female.))

Short of frantically dedicated absentee voters, the local odds of young female voting is low, unless there's a convienient site.
