J6 committee issues subpoena for the traitor Trump.

Now the the courts will have to decide. Trump will have too decide what he wants to do. Of course he will delay.

The committee has done their job. They have laid out the evidence to the American people. Now it's up to the DOJ and the courts.

But the subpoena should have a date for response, and a date to appear…
If his response is to delay, could a judge just say nope ?
And then if he no shows on date to appear, the vote to hold him in criminal contempt of Congress can happen …
Do I have this right?
🤔

When a sitting President showed up to a grand jury to testify after he was subpoenaed.

What would Ken Starr (special prosecutor) have done to President Clinton?

The only thing 'special' about the Trump situation is that it is a House Committee.
