following all the trumpers around when they come out of court. He's been doing it for months. He used to follow Flynn around with a sign that said "traitor", now it's "coup plotter" Today I saw him following Bannon with a sign saying something like "Vote out all coup plotters."
Don't know who he is, but he is tireless. Hats off to him.

Bannon and MAGA are the Nazi's of the 40's. For real.

(90,806 posts)He is US. And his sign speaks for us, too. As does his relentlessness. He's ALWAYS there with a timely message that deserves to be seen.

(6,366 posts)criminal hearing, one of my furst in-person court appearances since Covid. We were using Zoom for court which was great. Anyway, there were about 150 white Maga type men in the court hallways so I ask the sheriff's officer what's up. They were all there for denial of gun carry permits. NJ used to give about 2,0000 carry permits in total a year. The 6 SCOTUS creeps have done so much damage to our society.

(6,366 posts)enough for local police to deny a purchaser's permit. I suspect they are taking an even harder line on carry permits, at least I hope they are. An applicant first goes to local police for a background check and references. If local police deny the permit then they can appeal to county court and a state superior court judge either overturns the denial or sustains it. I'm not sure about training and other requirements that were imposed after SCOTUS decision. But before the SCOTUS decision overturned State carry rules it was nearly impossible to get a NJ carry permit and even harder to keep it.

(633 posts)I always see him and I love it but I thought we'd see a whole slew of people out there with signs! Why aren't there so many more people out there??

(1,766 posts)When the majority of adults are at work. Of those who aren't at work, I'd bet that most of them are either the disabled, or shift workers trying to sleep.
So it's not unusual that few people show up for these things.

But are you saying that Sandi is the person with the sign? I actually was wondering if it was a woman. Edited to add that I see from the above post that it is a man named Bill.
