After she had her own baby she accidentally dropped her on her head. I wish I could laugh, but the baby had a fractured skull.

As well as the ones who wrote the law that made his weapon legal, and then the ones who boted it into law.

explain how without widespread violence and every court in the land ruling against such a law before the ink even dries?

but the vast majority of firearm crime is committed with handguns, so banning the assault weapons will drop the firearm crime rate about 10%, what about the other 90%?

institute a buyback program where you are given money for weapons ( foe example assault weapons if they were banned ) you hand over, no questions asked, do that for a year or two or whatever time frame is deemed adequate.

After rhat period if you are found in possession of one such weapon you get prosecuted. Police would not have to go door to get the weapons , it would happen when dealing with other crimes.

Australians did it successfully and they still can have hunting guns of course.

Here is an article about the effectiveness of the approach .

Sought to deny gun permits for 38,000 people because they were deemed too dangerous. This no permit crap by the ‘law and order’ party lets them have free reign to weapons. Fuck you GOP. GOTV!

It had only required people who lawfully wished to conceal carry to get a permit. My guess is that the shooter didn't care if he was legally carrying or not because his plan was to commit murder.
