But, Ryan has said he didnt want President Biden there. I dont think hes not getting any help. He has to be careful what he says probably including DNC help..OH really is quite red anymore.

...which, AGAIN, is not what DNC does (funding comes from DSCC), and which would involve NOT giving money to some other campaign.

It would be up to the DSCC anyway. But the polls are moving away from Ryan and out of state donors look at those things.
