And as long as the people "boycotting" are doing so from Twitter (LOL) the money isn't going to be too worried. They might make a show for temporary purpose before slinking back on to little fanfare.

5. Folks should just use an adblocker. Many good ones are available for free.

It seems there are two boycotts being described in the OP: 1. Advertisers boycotting twitter, and 2. twitter users boycotting advertisers.
