I realize this is preaching to the choir here but I thought I'd tell about something that happened earlier today.
I went out to a local watering hole to watch some football, drink a couple of beers and have a burger. The NFL is promoting (gasp!) actually voting on November 8 and teams are offering up their stadiums to help out. And sure enough some magat said " goddam, even the NFL is woke. What's going on? Maybe it's time to say screw them."
People were looking at him very strangely and one guy said. " Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out." The guy finished his food and he and his buddies left shortly thereafter. The place was far better off without him in there. But me and a few other guys agreed that he was a stone cold idiot.
