(12,597 posts)Unlike many of our Blue senate seat states, the early vote has been lagging in Nevada. Started to pick up over the weekend but there's no sign yet that this is going to be anything but a squeaker right down to the nitty-gritty.
I've been consistently supporting Fetterman with monthly and intermittant donations in my home state. But I've also sent Catherine Cortez Mastro two modest donations bc her numbers have been the tightest in the 'must-win' slate.
We shall see but it looks to be a genuine nail biter.

(316 posts)By mail last week. I checked Track my Ballot to make sure my ballot was accepted. Im really worried about NV. If I go by what my neighbors say, the Rs will take the Senate and Governorship.

(12,597 posts)I agree that results in NV are worrisome. Still time for Cortez Mastro to pull it out. She's been in tight races before. Let's hope the trend continues!

(8,298 posts)GOP has no shame, no morals, and recruiting Herschel just shows their racism and hypocrisy. I am so disgusted. And then have the nerve to tell us that they are scared that little black children will want to follow his foot steps into the Republican Party. Never mind that the man is a liar, a dead beat, violent, stupid and cares nothing about the citizens of Georgia, especially black folks in GA.
Hopefully we wrap this up and prevent a run off. Ive had enough of this tomfoolery.

(5,796 posts)disspirited, that if the poll flooding and msm narrative are orchestrated that it has worked on me.
Voting in person as I have every election, except brief years living abroad in my youth, because Im old school and embrace the ritual. Being in a deep blue CA area where one is in and out of polling place in 10 min makes it easy. Everyone everywhere should have it this easy.
Resolved to be more positive and hopeful this last week. Well see if I can pull it off

Fourteen members of Republican Senate candidate and former Attorney General Adam Laxalts family announced Wednesday that they would collectively endorse his Democratic opponent, incumbent Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, in the heated race for Nevadas U.S. Senate seat.

Sympthsical
(11,114 posts)Seriously, people were collapsing in the streets calling NYT right-wing and rending garments during their last poll.
So this is an amusing round about.
Anyway, these are decent polls, and I think the numbers are roughly where you'd figure they'd be. Still close, still room for error. It's really just going to come down to who votes, but the numbers are more encouraging than not.
The one exception I'd make is that Pennsylvania poll was mostly done before the debate. So, I don't think the margin is that, but I do think Fetterman is still probably slightly ahead.
When did early voting start? If before the debate, probably to the good then.
Demsrule86
(71,555 posts)defending their findings...but now you will see them coming home because they don't want to besmirch their reputation...when the Roe vote comes in, we will win. And those poll liars will say it was unprecedented. It wasn't. It has been clear since Kansas and New York 19...but the media is not lefty in the least...quite the opposite.
