Every time I saw a young person I asked them if they were worried about not being able to enjoy sex because of Roe v Wade and encouraged them to vote. I don’t see that many, but the ones I talked to said they were aware and would vote.

Edited to add: no doubt they were a little creeped out with an 60 year old women asking about their sex life!
