11. No I believe they're calling the voters to come down to Elections Board to cure their own ballots

That's what's being done in Allegheny County anyway, I don't really know about Monroe County. The outreach needed to be done before today, in most cases. But the voters have until tomorrow to come to their County Elections Board to "cure" their ballot. In most cases they need to write the correct date, OR their signature, OR both, on the outside envelope. Nobody but the actual voter is allowed to do that.

Problem is, they can't always reach them by phone, and it's too late to mail a notice to voters. This contact needed to be done a couple weeks ago, but they're probably getting overwhelmed today.
