General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI did my civic duty yesterday afternoon...
And slipped my absentee ballot in the drop box.
I am a single issue voter: Abortion, abortion, abortion. We need to codify Roe v. Wade. And stop the evil republicans at every chance we can get.
So, I voted dem straight down the ballot.
I also voted:
Yes on prop 1 (codifying Roe v. Wade) - notice how they don't use that verbiage in the ballot and use more party-neutral verbiage? Wonder why...we should upset those republicans at every chance for destroying our lives...
Yes on prop 26 (sports betting at tribal casinos) - on tribal lands is fine. That means it takes effort to get there.
No on prop 27 (allow online sports betting) - we don't need more gambling addiction enablers and this would be very dangerous.
Yes on prop 28 (arts and music education funding)
Yes on prop 29 (impose new rules on dialysis programs)
Yes on prop 30 (tax millionaires for electric vehicle programs)
Yes on prop 31 (uphold flavored tobacco ban)

The other is sticking my middle finger up at the republicans through that vote.
