But earlier today, at around 12:30pm or so, with the tallied vote from party association, democrats lagged by a lot. So he is rethinking about his prediction that democrats holds NV.

Ralstin thought that was enough to carry democrats but he was expecting a closer margin for the same day votes which didn't materialize from the data from the early morning. I don't know if we catch up in the afternoon but it got him concerned to reverse his prediction.
