Garland needed more money for the convoluted tRump investigations. McCarthy will likely shut Garland's money spigot off curtailing any further tRump investigations.

Maybe Garland can be loaded up with funds before the end of this Congress - before McCarthy officially gets the gavel come January 2023 ?
