She'd do great in the House and she could build her profile there. As much as folks love her, you can't get to the WH without winning something big first.

Beto just doesn't speak to Rio Grande Valley voters. Maybe they are just turning Republican, I don't know, but to win Texas, a Dem has to rack up the votes in the RGV and Beto didn't. (to be fair, Biden didn't either).

I think you need a Hispanic male to have a shot to win Texas next time. Sounds crass but I don't see any other way. Probably needs to be a centrist too.

He could possibly run for the senate again, but I think his chances for a statewide office are not good.

Out to another state. Why not just run again for the House from El Paso where he won handily and is loved? I think the hype got to his head and 0 for 3 and millions of dollars later that's where he can do the most good for El Paso and for the country.

the ideology reflects the majority in Texas. It is how most Texans think. We have not had a Democrat elected to a Statewide office in 28 years.

Sadly this is the mindset of the people where I live. It is so sad.

Keep Hope Alive!! It's hard.
