Not sure who you mean (although I do have a guess), but no one named Chuck has been on MSNBC tonight. Rachel Maddow was the one who led the panel discussion, with Joy Reid, Chris Hayes, Claire McCaskill, and others. It was very well done, imo.

Kornacki was there (of course), but he was very informative, reporting on results as they came in and answering questions from the panelists.

I found it quite enjoyable.
