I know a lot of folks in MO who are going to be happy with this. Those with epilepsy, children with health conditions .. and, of course, the regular stoners.

The highest volume dispensaries in the state, outside the collar counties, are the Illinois suburbs of St. Louis.
The majority of that population are Missourians. The tax money was leaving the state!

So did Maryland - overwhelmingly. I don't partake, but I have friends that do. Mostly because I have asthma can't deal with smoke, and most edibles have sugar in them.
