Fitzpatrick is an endangered species in SE PA, an elected Republican. Fitzpatrick wins because he's familiar to Bucks Co voters as a former county commissioner as was his brother, also a Rep, before him. But Bucks is a blue county on a state and national level. I doubt the voters there would hold it against him if he flipped.
