I just don't trust Russians any farther than I can throw one. Over and over they have proved themselves to be deceitful liars.

(12,369 posts)and lest we forget, the US/NATO alliance has made it crystal clear that there would be devasting consequences for Russia if they use a dirty bomb or a tac. nuke.

(4,138 posts)with ammunition, food, fuel, winter uniforms, basically everything an army needs to fight. They probably realised that they needed to pull back or get wiped out. Introducing thousands of essentially untrained conscripts with minimal equipment to the battlefield has also not helped their situation.
