The election is over. Done. Finished.
Or is it against policy to indict prior to Thanksgiving/Christmas/Chanukah/Kwanzaa/Valentines Day/Easter/Passover?
Frigging top-top-top secret documents were removed and we are having a discussion?
As they say: Just do it.

(18,625 posts)I would cheerfully tear Merrick Garland a new asshole over certain fundamental differences of opinion we have, but that's water under the bridge, now. I think there are pretty good indications an indictment is in Donald's future, probably several.
I'd hate to be wrong on this one, but my thinking is that Mr Garland has been waiting for this election to be done before loosing the hounds of war. I don't think he was hoping it would all go away, but even if he was, his excuse has expired, now.

DA: Yes.
AG: Well, were gonna do it.
DA: When?
AG: Tonight.
AG: Got it?
DA: Got it.
