The election is over. Done. Finished.
Or is it against policy to indict prior to Thanksgiving/Christmas/Chanukah/Kwanzaa/Valentines Day/Easter/Passover?
Frigging top-top-top secret documents were removed and we are having a discussion?
As they say: Just do it.

(18,629 posts)I would cheerfully tear Merrick Garland a new asshole over certain fundamental differences of opinion we have, but that's water under the bridge, now. I think there are pretty good indications an indictment is in Donald's future, probably several.
I'd hate to be wrong on this one, but my thinking is that Mr Garland has been waiting for this election to be done before loosing the hounds of war. I don't think he was hoping it would all go away, but even if he was, his excuse has expired, now.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
