Biden should campaign partly on student loan forgiveness. A Trump judge struck it down

If Biden and Trump clash in 2024, it should be stressed that this is Trump's fault.
Also, can Biden extend the pause on loan payments again?
He should do it over and over if it is within his abilities.

the reality is that we need congressional approval for something like this, even that can be shut down by SC but they are much less likely to take up the case.
