Stuff like, "I love (tfg) but it's time to move on." They don't identify anyone else they like, but they also come to the defense of deathsantis, so, that's about all you can say over in the dumpster fire today.
Oh, yeah: They ALL hate Kevin McCarthy, and believe he's the dem's pick.

(42,426 posts)Plenty Repukes have turned against Chump (finally) and they'd never want him back in. I can't even imagine what a disaster it would have been for Chump to come in as Speaker, after all this. Oh my God!

(9,153 posts)which will never happen--I have no doubt he'd seriously plot to have President Biden and Vice President Harris eliminated so he could take over.
That license to kill would be handed out to every off-kilter MAGAt in the land.
Thankfully it'll never happen.

(42,426 posts)Now that the "red wave" never materialized they can finally see that Chump is nothing but hot air and lies. People are finally getting over their fear of him, I think. So there's no reason to bring him is as the new Speaker because it would inflate his chances of running again in 2024. The Repukes are starting to realize that Chump isn't their first choice anymore. He might not even win the nomination.
Not that I care one way or the other. I'm just so tired of him getting all the free TV time.
