it was a live broadcast on the east coast, so 8:30 here in LA before we knew how much of a red wave there wouldn't be and of course he couldn't help himself from shitting on Democrats during the whole thing, focusing, like repubs do, on trans issues and pronouns and the fact that Jimmy's staff still wears masks in the workplace (because, Jimmy said, of a union agreement).
