Nevada Senate candidate Adam Laxalt (R) is preparing to ask for a statewide recount as his race against incumbent Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D) goes down to the wire, the Daily Mail reports.

he has the right. In the Republican world though they would try and prevent any recount, if they were leading.

The recount here showed Al Franken beat Norm Coleman by 318 votes. I was at Al's victory party in St. Paul in July of 2009..

I’m hoping for a replay of MN 2008, minus the hounding of our Senator out office due to some Republican scam and 33 Democratic Senators falling for it.
