which has to be signed off by a judge. That won't happen until the grand jury has heard all the evidence, and there's no way to know where in the process that might be.

DOJ doesn't just "issue" indictments. They have to be issued by a grand jury. And no one -- absolutely no one -- on DU knows how much evidence DOJ has presented to the grand jury yet and how much more they are still gathering and presenting.
