Biden is way to the right of me but facts are facts.
He deserves massive kudos for pushing the two most important issues- Democracy and Abortion rights.
He achieved the best midterm results in 90 years.
Give the man his credit or STFU M$Greedia.
That is all.

(13,913 posts)i looked at the electoral map & it's alarming to me how red the country is. Some pundit on msnbc mentioned a liberal rural voter is almost nonexistent. Most of our country consists of broad swaths of rural counties. Dems need to direct outreach to the voters in these parts of the country as well. We w be wise to learn from Fetterman & few others who focused their canvassing to their rural constituencies.

(9,714 posts)Unchecked capitalism exists to choke democracy to death. Business is trying to usurp power from the people, and the media isn't formed by individuals, it's a business enterprise through and through.

(11,223 posts)Not for being the most consequential president since LBJ, but for getting the stench of low class greed out of the Oval Office. Decency replaced phony bullshit.
Joe's a real human being. Reminds me of my dad. Decency is his defining character trait.

(321 posts)has been the most effective president in my 58 years of life. I watched as he failed at his previous runs for president, and he wouldnt have been half the progressive force he has been if he had been elected in earlier times. His time is now. I dont trust the anti-Biden polls. Hopefully Sinema and Manchin behave for the next two years. And hell win the next election.

(11,704 posts)I'm way left, and damn glad of the job Biden has done.
It's even more amazing when one considers the shit he walked into and the opposition he faced. From republicons, the media, and a couple turncoats

(37,182 posts)For most progressives, he's a moderate at best, but you have to compare him with his Democratic predecessors. He's well to the left of them. He has moved the party away from neo-liberalism and towards progressivism.
