The Elmer seditious conspiracy trial may go to the the jury this week. This trial is a big fucking deal. If Elmer and others are convicted of seditious conspiracy that will legally establish a seditious conspiracy took place. Who else was involved?
DA Willis has stated, she expects her investigation to end by the end of the year. We are getting close to the end of the year. She also stated people are facing serious charges. Some of the people she is investigating is Rudy, Meadows and fuck face Trump. I assume Willis and Garland have been coordinating in some way so their investigations don't get in each others way. They are both investigating the same people like the fake electors, Trump, etc.
The secret document investigation is on going. I believe the special master has until sometime in Dec to complete his job. When that is done we should learn a lot more.
The warrant issued in the search of Trumps home listed these charges.
Gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information. Up to 10 years in prison.
Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally. Up to 3 years in prison and disqualification from holding office.
Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in a Federal investigation. Up to 20 years in prison.
