I feel like the fair American election process has been disrupted by Supreme Crt meddling

since 2000. 22 years of being sideswiped and denied living in an inclusive America.

This time around the Supremes allowed an election to proceed with unconstitutionally established gerrymandered districts. And it paid off for them, winning the House by a sliver.

I don't believe this will be the end. If we don't keep pointing out these abuses and show our discontent for their game rigging, the next thing they'll do is to allow State legislators to throw away the legal counts and submit their own group of electors.

Gerrymandering gets the news attention, the other things make the vote appear "legit" and don't get the attention.

Both the For the People Act and the John Lewis Act need to be passed, or fascists will take power. Anything else is just stalling it for a while.

"conservative" forces have been focusing on bending the judiciary branch to their will for some considerable time, and then also stuffed the courts full of their own loyal judges throughout the federal court system during the entirety of the previous administration, with the SCOTUS appointments being their most visible success on that front. Fascist scum, all of them.
