PA House of Reps now Blue for first time in 12 years...

Nov. 17—NORTH WALES — Republican incumbent Todd Stephens conceded the closely watched 151st Legislative District race Thursday night to Melissa Cerrato, whose win as a Democrat flips party control in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives after 12 years of Republican power.

Finally we may be able to redraw the election district maps to get rid of the gerrymandering that has crippled our state for so many years.

a lot of the R HD gerrymandering. That's why Dems were able to win control of the state House. The PA supreme court redrew the congressional districts in 2018 and again in 2020, but under a "least change" map meaning the 2018 map stayed 50-50 which reflects the partisan make up the state's electorate. However because PA lost a seat in the 2020 Census, all the incumbent Ds won and Dem Chris Deluzio won the open seat (vacated by Conor Lamb when he ran for senate) in PA-17, Dems now have a 9-8 congressional delegation advantage.
