Possible hacking of e-mail? Have any of you experienced this?

Three times today old e-mails of mine were re-sent. They weren't Forwarded, they were just re-sent. One was from January, 2020, the others were from April and June, 2022. My e-mail provider is Outlook.com.

i am deeply suspicious that you do have a virus in your computer. ( the alternatives seem less likely, in my opinion)

They were backlogged into a queue (at outlook.com) when the recipients could not receive them earlier (network outage, whatever),
and some admin or scheduled job flushed the queue. Been there, done that.

You could ask the help desk at outlook.com, which is Microsoft.

It is doubtful that your system is doing it. (However, you could just make sure that your "Outbox" is empty. If it's empty, basically no chance you are sending anything)

Just my best guess.

On Edit: I expect that you check your system for malware. Seems that MS and Apple both have software inside their operating systems to do this, but do check even when things look just fine.
