Neo-Nazi Group Briefly Disrupts Boston Book Fair Near Harvard

Los Angeles (Knewz) — The Nationalist Social Club, also known as 131 Crew, is anything but a Harvard fraternity.

This past weekend, members of the New England neo-Nazi group descended upon Harvard Square near campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. According to one observer, the dozen masked protesters “threatened bystanders with violence, protested the Democracy Center and then scurried away.”

Now, there is video of what the scene looked like.

The target of the masked men was the “Boston Anarchist Bookfair,” running Nov. 12-13 at the Democracy Center. Some quick thinking by event volunteers prevented the situation from escalating.

“Sunday at the Boston Anarchist Bookfair, a group of approximately 12 men repping fascist group NSC-131 came to yell and bang on the door of the space,” the group explained. “Thanks to quick actions of our volunteers and attendees, they were unable to come inside and everyone attending the book fair was kept safe from any potential violence.”
