The investigation which Jack Smith will take over and be able to run much more efficiently than Garland because his hand will be somewhat more free and the tRump investigation with all its associated investigations will be the only thing on his plate.

Almost as if the Special Counsel just has to stay on top of, ride tRump for a couple of months while tRump runs out some fading delay tactics, and then drop the hammer, if after "due consideration" of the available evidence the SC agrees tRump should be indicted.

I am confident he will be indicted in the documents case, the obstruction case, and the fake electors case.

The insurrection case may be more difficult but the fake electors case is part of it and may be the linchpin. The attempted coup is of course the most important case.

I am undoubtedly underestimating the amount of investigation yet to be done.
