Trump is a real-life version of The Truman Show. The ultimate reality show.

It's where voters vote for Trump because he's "interesting" versus Joe Biden who just does his job. It's Nielsen, not democracy.

5. Because people watch

The media follow eyeballs.

When people are obsessed with watching/reading/clicking on Trump, the media listens.

At some point, people have to hold themselves responsible for it.

Just like people forever complaining about Fox, but god knows, they simultaneously seem to know everything that airs on that channel.

Weird, right?

Trump and Musk know every outrageous thing they say/do will give them free publicity and keep them "newsworthy". They love the attention and, perhaps more troubling, it keeps people from learning about more important things that truly affect their lives.
