... I think she should endorse Liz Cheney, who might actually get a few Republican votes and perhaps almost all of the Democratic votes. If we're going to have a Republican speaker for the next two years, I'd like at least for it to be one of the rare SANE Republicans.

Cheney has other plans lined up by now, but if that scenario did come together, it would frost so many crazy Republicans. Also, the House might actually accomplish something worthwhile over the next two years. Doubtful it would ever happen, though.
