10. Can I bring up my support for pepper spray here just like I did on

the other thread? I was a landlord and had some scary tenants who had already broken my nose (along with put dead birds in front of my door and other things.)

Anyway once there was a problem and I just sprayed three of them. I can tell you those people stopped on a dime. They were no longer any kind of threat. And I didn't have to kill anyone.

20. Take the second amendment at its whole word

There is no right delineated to actually own guns, in the 2nd, just to keep and bear them at the behest of a well organized militia. It follows that said militia can require training in the proper use of guns and can determine who is well enough trained and responsible enough to act on behalf of and under control of said militia when a threat to the national security arises. The current reading of the 2nd makes less sense when posed against this alternative.
