Christine McVie, Fleetwood Mac singer-songwriter, dies aged 79
Christine McVie, who played with Fleetwood Mac and wrote some of their most famous songs, has died aged 79, her family has said.
www.bbc.com The British singer-songwriter was behind hits including Little Lies, Everywhere, Don't Stop, Say You Love Me, and Songbird.
She died peacefully at a hospital in the company of her family, a statement said. McVie left Fleetwood Mac after 28 years in 1998 but returned in 2014.

So many of the greats from my youth are gone. I remember skiing in Alaska with the radio being played over the loudspeakers...Fleetwood Mac was always there.

11. Born Christine Anne Perfect in 1943
While in college in a house with anywhere from 6-10 roommates at times, 1 guy produces her solo album Christine Perfect and we literally played it all the time. We knew she was Christine McVie of Fleetwood Mac, but we all called her Christine Perfect.
