What happened to the 40+ folders of classified documents missing at Mar-A-Lago?

Were any of them ever recovered?

Does anyone know what was in those folders?

Are they being used as a negotiating tool?

Is it possible they were concealed in the 11,000+ documents of "personal" and "unclassified" documents that the Court just released?

It would be interesting to know what was in those documents.

and prosecutors wait to investigate, it is extremely hard to answer questions like yours.

My question would be, why wasn't Trump questioned by the FBI where the contents are?

I can speculate; the contents of those folders are probably in Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Israel, Hungary,, North Korea, meanwhile, our foreign agents most likely were murdered. Former CIA Director Brennan said almost as much yesterday. He said we will never know the full extent of damage that Trump did to our national security. I take that to mean it is because we treated Trump with kid gloves.

With that said, there is a new sheriff in town who won't treat Trump with kid gloves.

with Rump.

And I don’t think it requires six strong men to lug-carry a coffin filled with a baggie of ashes to a private property belonging to baggie’s x husband.

Just my opinion.

there is a lot that Trump could have done with those top secret documents the length of time he had them. There was zero sense of urgency from DOJ,

Just think about this: if Trump had returned all of the documents when he was initially asked for them, this would not be a story, would be as if nothing happened.

I guarantee this, if Putin wanted to copy all of the documents that Trump stole, you can bet that he has copies of them. he may be the one who told Trump to steal them.

Our allies are going to think twice before sharing intelligence with us. It's a fucking shame that Trump hasn't been subpoenaed to testify over this. Republicans have their own system of justice, look at Matt Gaetz.

AG that was the head of the DOJ.

Mr. Garland should have done a little bit more to give focus to this treason.

Should we have been informed that Trump stole the documents? Was it wrong for those documents to be photographed and displayed for all to see? There were plenty of enormous security breaches in Trump's dealings with classified information during Trump's time in office and we the public knew nothing about it, were kept in the dark. Maybe if a whistleblower had blown the whistle to the public something would have been done sooner?

Kentuck wants to know the status of the investigation into them. Since DOJ hasn't subpoenaed Trump to explain the missing documents, I think Kentuck is asking a fair question.

Obviously the DOJ/FBI/authorities don't. We look weak & foolish to the rest of the world letting the traitor negotiate while in possession of classified documents. Besides being pissed that some of their own secrets might be compromised, our allies are laughing at the mighty USA, because apparently we won't or don't know how to deal with Trump. There's an old saying, "Strike while the iron is hot," & we squandered that opportunity, so those secrets could be anywhere & we'll probably never know the extent of damage Trump has done & continues to do.

My theory is those folders were always empty, meaning that the folders that hold classified documents are probably pre-printed in bulk. I think the old thief told somebody to snag a case of them so he could use them as decoration in his tacky clubs.

Like this:

The Good Liars @TheGoodLiars

Looks like Trump is hiding classified documents in plain sight in the Trump Tower bar.
