Here, everyone starts running for their next election before they are even sworn in to the seat they just won.

- do away with the conventions
- do away with caucuses
- 50-state ranked-choice Presidential primary on the same day. I'd support the end of July so the votes could be tabulated, and winners declared prior to the August date three months prior to the General Election.
