I was there just before Thanksgiving, and I've never seen anything ever as terrible as the attack ads I saw in AZ and NM. I understand why some Democrats would just not want to spend the campaign swatting down lies and explaining the joint they smoked at an anti-war rally in '68.

Me personally, I feel that if one wants a "clean" candidate, one will end up with another "genius" like Louie Gohmert. I'd stand toe to toe with any of the jerks, but then I have no shame for having had an "eventful" life. At 72, I'm just too old to care about my history, but sadly, too old to run.

First he moved from Flagstaff to Prescott, then to Bullhead City. He still has a house in Flagstaff and claims it as a his primary residence for property tax, but for purposes of staying in a GOP dominated district he claims a condo as his "residence".
