I'm a really clumsy guy, and watching these moves is like watching a magic spell being cast. Good for anyone who's got hand-eye coordination like that, but it sure ain't me!

Fabulous athleticism in precision, endurance, and strength!

My mom was really good at it. I couldn't do it, but did jump rope.
