I'm not a psychic, I just play one on TV.
Warnock won and in the blink of an eye the pundits were saying "Manchin and Sinema are now irrelevant."
My FIRST thought was "She's going to do a Tulsi Gabbard and dramatically insert herself into the news cycle to prove everyone wrong."
I'll be observing the DU terms of service to the letter until her actual exit.

(19,020 posts)It's assumed the Dems, but she refused to say so. If she does caucus with Dems, she would keep her committee seats and nothing really changes. If she caucuses with the Republicans, it would be a power sharing deal again, no subpoena power, and she might be working a deal with McConnel to retain her committee seats.
It's a wait and see deal right now.
