Probably would have got better if I used the cruise and had more miles on it. A buddy was getting 31 on his daily trek to Albany for work.

The determined Citgo owner has been consistently the lowest in the area. Apparently, selling volume makes up for the discount. All gas here come from the Global Facilities, doesn't matter what the brand. He's putting the rest to sham, and from what he says he doesn't care.
