as no one wants those silly hate speech laws like in Germany
wont prevent an attempted coup would it?
Why is there not trust in a start to a complete solution to rampant hate in America, hate speech laws, interpretation in practise by independent courts, tailored to both protect and defend free speech.
Free speech was intended as a shield, not a sword.
