Those criminal referrals

I’m going along with Michael Moore who suggested a few weeks ago that ReTHUGs would lose some Congressional seats over their failed coup.

Yes it’s taking long but Justice is coming.

It will be by their own doing. With Criminal referrals often come indictments if the evidence of involvement are strong enough.

Watch this space.

Merrick Garland will veto indicting any and all sitting members of Congress. Garland is an institutionalist, he will not do harm to the institution.

There are and should be exceptions.

There have members of Congress expelled from Congress like Hasstert, Rostankowski, for criminal acts.

Kevin McCarhy lacks the intestinal fortitude and courage to have his members expelled from Congress even if caught with their hands in the proverbial cookie jar.

The most that might happen is that they would be referred to their Ethics Committee. I would be pleasantly surprised even if that happened. The publicity could hurt them in their next election.

who gave Capitol tours to the insurrectionists. The matter wasn't even investigated. Who disabled the panic buttons?

Members of Congress believe they are above the law, and they are. That is why Gym Jordan and others blew off the J6 subpoena. Nothing will be done to Jordan for ignoring a lawful subpoena.

Name me 1 sitting member of Congress who has been investigated by DOJ.

Garland made it very clear Smith's mandate only included people not at the Capitol, so that excludes the congress R traitors who were there, Guiliani and Eastman and a host of others. Justice dept. does not seem to care about the traitorous legislators or are afraid to go after them because of optics. So far I see zero justice coming to them, which means we are very much still in danger.
