Frankly, I was taught in school that gerrymandering districts was a practice that undermined democracy.

Her district only exists because she got a favourable gerrymander to begin with.

there had been no gerrymandering to begin with is what you are saying. It sort of proves my point.

after an apportionment change is something else. Which is why Kucinich's district went; Ohio lost two congressional districts after the 2010 census.
