This is more than the grift that keeps on giving, it allows money to be laundered to Trump legally, by driving up the price on the aftermarket (10% to Trump on every sale with MAGAs thinking how smart they are) - or via private sales. For example, an Oligarch could buy set by private sale at an extortionate price (10% to Trump), on then sell them to the Saudisetc. at a super extortionate price (10% more to Trump), all perfectly legally. Trump declares the income. Launder complete.

It's hard to find an angle it can be viewed from that doesn't make Trump a lot of money. He makes money as the speculative bubble grows and as it bursts. Money laundering provides a market in addition to raw speculation. It's basically the same image-based grift and dirty money friendly asset holding that Trump has always done, but without the atoms.
