2 words for TFG tomorrow when he blusters about his innocence, PROVE IT

Jan. 6 panel to vote on urging DOJ to prosecute Trump on at least 3 criminal charges

The Jan. 6 select committee is preparing to vote on urging the Justice Department to pursue at least three criminal charges against former President Donald Trump, including insurrection.

The report that the select panel is expected to consider on Monday afternoon, described to POLITICO by two people familiar with its contents, reflects some recommendations from a subcommittee that evaluated potential criminal referrals. Among the charges that subcommittee proposes for Trump: 18 U.S.C. 2383, insurrection; 18 U.S.C. 1512(c), obstruction of an official proceeding; and 18 U.S.C. 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States government.

TFG will now get the chance to go before DoJ/FBI investigators, a grand jury and or a Federal Court to prove the charges false.

BTW my bombshell will be that both the J-6 thugs and members of both the House and Senate were working
under the idea that the coup would work, Trump would stay in power, and they would either get pardons and or a Trump
appointed A.G. would not prosecute them.

1. He doesn't have to prove it; like any other criminal defendant he's presumed innocent.

The government has to prove he’s guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That’s the way our justice system works, like it or not, and why the DOJ has to be so thorough.

.... to rope him makes me smile. My guess is that evidence is so strong that TFG will try to get
some kind of plea deal.

I doubt the ethics committee will do anything.

8. This is just for J-6 but he has so much more to be held accountable for.

Although you can see TFG squirming right now about what is going to happen in the AM as per J-6
he knows that Schiff, Raskin, Cheney, and Zoe Lofgren all are good lawyers with lots of high end
experience legal experience.

BTW I still don't understand on how he is "walking free" after the Nation's top secret documents
were found in his golf club in Florida? I have a family member who worked with some of that stuff
and to this day he/she can't talk about it.

9. My thoughts at this point...

Have been evolving on some points but firm on the obvious.

I think, now, that he has a death switch deal with some of the documents he has stolen meaning, he has let on that he will expose sensitive info to the world if he's held accountable. This could be part of the delay that we would never hear about. He may have distributed, or placed (like in Ivana's grave) said materials and has directed someone else to release the info. A high possibility at this point leaving the DoJ to do something like hire Jack Smith, who also works at The Hague. He has full access to everything and is a no BS straight shooter so I expect he will take on the heat without sweating and the AG can deal with the bullshit mountain of bullshit that has to be cleaned up after the sacking of the government for four years.

I think that there is a good chance that a chunk of Congress might not be in office by this time next year due to indictments of conspiracy and sedition. It would take out a lot of figures from my state and I would welcome it.

So the "walking free part" is annoying and another playing card for tfg in that his delay game is meant for him to flaunt his freedom with everyone knowing what he did to keep people pissed off and the social unrest at a dull roar, ready for spiking. It's part of his game.

I have patience and I think that, maybe by the 25th, we might see a lot more action than we could anticipate. I hope that is so.

Could be that our worst expectations for the Speaker will not come to pass, no McKkkarthy as Speaker, and maybe several Congress members, the ones we know should be in prison, are indicted and thrown out of office.

10. One of the worst human beings in history. The real death toll from C-19 is around 14 million* ....

.... God knows how many died from C-19 that were not diagnosed, how many died because they were
not able to get medical care because the hospitals and stuff were swamped with C-19 cases, and how
many died because of his and his administration's handling of the pandemic. He just had to get rid of
the epidemiologist who was on the ground in Wuhan prior to the outbreak, getting us out of a global
pandemic task force prior to the disease outbreak, and dumping the procedures, the people, and the
materials that were in place thanx to Dr. Fauci & President Obama .... they were that black guy's idea.

And Russia would not be in Ukraine now if we had stopped them from installing Trump in 2016.
