Couldn't tell if he was angry, or just intensely interested.

(5,837 posts)and was concentrating very intensely on every word and interacting with an older man on the other side of Kinzinger. They were kind of nodding and he seemed pleased possibly with how teleprompter and Kinzinger's speech went. I was surprised to see him behind Jamie Raskin later.

(8,152 posts)During the actual broadcast I was mainly listening (busy). On news programs though, they keep showing clips of Mr. Raskin which is where I saw the young man.
You're right in saying he was concentrating very intensely on every word. In a way it reminded me how Pence (ugh) would cow-eye Dump all the time, but this young man was genuinely interested in what was being said.

(8,152 posts)One thing for sure, his power of concentration seems tremendous. Whatever his job was at the hearing, he was really focussed on it.
