The fake electors in some States signed their names stating they were the true electors. DUH!

They are screwed. In other States the fake electors were not as stupid. They signed their names stating they were the alternate electors.

Cassidy Hutchinson is no dummy and her testimony in the final report is devastating. Her Trump appointed lawyer lost his job yesterday. Another Trump lawyer bites the dust. More to come, a lot more.

The pressure on the traitors is growing day by day. The J6 committee final report is devastating. In my opinion there is enough evidence in the final report that would convince a jury to convict the coup plotters, fake electors. The DOJ will add their evidence and make the evidence even more damning.

I have said this before, when the indictments come down things are going to snowball. People are going to turn, make a plea deal. They will turn on each other in order to save themselves.

In a couple of states they included proper weasel word language specifying that they were only the electors in case the original result was overturned, but most of them simply said they were the designated electors. Signing those documents is perjury on its face. Nothing else should be needed to send them directly to jail. Conspiracy charges can be contemplated while they are cooling their heels for the trivially proven perjury offense.
