Shout out to all the crews who are working so hard
to restore power. To the local government workers who are trying to keep people from freezing to death. My BIL described the wind last night as sounding like a freight train.
Hoping against hope that everyone survives this life threatening weather. !!

2. Also the HVAC repair technicians,
most companies around here have guys on call 24hrs, even on Christmas.

My brother's place - minus 10 for the 'high' yesterday - and then a peachy little wind ripping around at 25mph and better ... Yeah - these people (lots and lots of them!) are saving lives - and deserving of big respect.
